Lunar New Year Studio Celebration With The San Diego Lucky Lion Dancers

We were thrilled to host the San Diego Lucky Lion Dancers who treated our studio employees to a vibrant and culturally enriching lion dancing routine. It was a spectacle filled with energy, color, and tradition that truly captivated everyone present.

Leading the charge were some of our very own Treyarch employees, including Nicole Havin, who shared her personal journey with lion dancing. Nicole's passion for this art form shines through as she revealed her nearly 15-year journey with the Lucky Lion Dancers.  "It's heartwarming to hear how her involvement started around the same time she was introduced to Call of Duty: Black Ops, which her dad gifted to her with an Xbox 360. Talk about a full circle moment!"

Nicole's story exemplifies the beautiful intersection of tradition and modernness. From her love of gaming to now sharing her cultural heritage with her colleagues, it's a testament to the richness of experiences that shape who we are.
